2021 Summer Training Program
Summer programming will look improve all areas of a players technical ability with the ball. Players will improve on decison making, skill usage, change of speed/direction and striking to name just a few. We will use game-like pressure and advanced progressions to make sure each player is sufficiently challenged to there individual ability and needs.
Start Date: Week of June 28th)
Duration: 4 weeks (8 sessions)
Frequency: 2 x 1 hour and 15 minute sesions per week (weekdays)
