The following sessions have been designed to give players ideas on how they can train at home without the need for lots of space, a partner, a coach or even time... These sessions don't even need to be done outside! They only require a ball, a few markers (be creative if you don't have cones) and a small 5x5 space such as a garage or a basement. Like with any activity, these sessions are juts a guide and players can add in or take away parts of the activity to suit there own needs. Good luck!
