Program Details (U9-U12):

A technical player can perform an action on demand. A skillful player, however, can perform the technique under pressure.

Starting the weekend of 1/23 (Boys - Saturday) & 1/24 (Girls - Sunday) all our members born in 2009-2012 have the opportunity to sign up for a training program that will focus on the overall ability of players in 1vs1 scenarios. The objective of the training will be to help these players become more capable and confident on the ball, when taking on an opponent, while also working on the decision making process. When do you pass and when do you dribble? The focus will be both on recognizing the opportunities, awareness & decision making, as well as the execution (the technique). All training will take place in scenarios mimicking the demands of the game. This will allow the players to practice in an environment in which they are put under pressure and forced to act accordingly (awareness, decision making & execution/technique).
