Program Details U8 Rec

What is it?

The program will include 1 hour of training  on Saturday led by trainers and assisted by parent volunteers and a game on Sunday led by parent volunteers.

The focus of the program will be on the development of each players’ individual ball skills. Through training we will encourage players to become more assertive on the ball, improving their ability to dribble and overall decision making.  And most importantly of all, we want to make sure that those who do participate are given the opportunity to enjoy the game of soccer!


Who's it for?

U8 boys and girls (players born in 2014)

And you! We need volunteers to assist in training & games. The WSA is a community run program and we can't do it without you.

When is it?

SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS from 9/11 to 10/24


What equipment do players need?

Singuards, appropriate footwear (preferably soccer cleats), soccer ball, water bottle


How much does it cost and how do I register?

All participants must pre-register online. Walk-ons will not be accepted.

Please remember, we require all participants to complete a heath check before every session. Parents will also need to print and hand in a hard copy waiver at the first session. The health check is a digital health form and must be completed the day of the event. You can find both of those forms here.
