All teams in the same age group and gender will train on the same day and time. There are two days of training offered during the week, and it is not mandatory to attend both sessions. For example, all U15 Boys teams will train on Mondays and/or Wednesdays 5-6:30 pm.
Note: Games are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays and could be at any time of the day. An occasional Friday night game may also be scheduled.
