Division 4 Girls Game Rules
(To be shared with
the ref before the game)

Games are 60 Minutes Long – normally Two 30 Minute
Halves (or four 15 minute quarters if agreed to before the game)

Throw In infractions during first half of game are
re-thrown once. During second half ball
goes to the other team.
v
Off side rules will be strictly enforced.
v
Substitutions are allowed on possessions stoppages
ONLY (Corner Kicks, Goal Kicks, Throw Ins, after Goals).
v
No coaches on field or behind goals during games.
v
Parents on opposite side of field during games.
v
Six-goal mercy Rule.
v
Players present should get equal playing time.
v
Games should end on time.
v
NO Jewelry
v
Size 4 Game Ball.
v
Games ending in a tie are recorded as a tie.
v
Teams need a minimum of 7 players or else they
forfeit.
v
Teams need to play to the lowest common denominator
(e.g., if one team has 7 players and the other has 15, both teams play with 7
on the field at one time.
v
Please coordinate with the other coach at the start
of each game to address any other issues.
