UCFC Update

UCFC Update
Fellow Union County FC Players and Parents,

The Fall season is upon us already! I hope you all enjoyed your Summer and managed to follow the USWNT capture their 4th World Cup victory! The latest installment of the Women's World Cup was the best to date with some great matches in the knockout rounds!

At Union County FC we had a fantastic Summer with 5 age groups (U9-U11) competing in the Summer Select Program.  We again included Union County FC High School players from surrounding High Schools as Volunteer Assistant Coaches so the younger players could learn from our older players and continue to help our club philosophy blossom. Thank you to all the Volunteer Coaches for doing a fantastic job in helping our youg players!

An exciting announcement this season is that we will be expanding the use of the Wardlaw Hartridge School for all of our mid-week outdoor training sessions.  Warldaw Hartdige School, located off Inman Avenue in Edison has been the home of our Winter indoor training sessions for the last 2 years and we are very excited to have the opportunity to expand on our use of their fantastic facility. This is a big step forward for the club and will allow more flexibility and quality training space for all our players year-round!

We are looking forward to the season starting and we want to wish all of our club players and high school players the very best of luck with their Fall season.

Thank you all for your continued support of the club and I'll see you on the field!
