Sunday’s Game Summary:
- Scotch Plains-Fanwood Bull Dogs 5, FIORENTINA 4
- A WILD game right to the end. We fell behind 4-1 after three quarters, but played our BEST quarter of the season and rallied to within 5-4 with 5 minutes to go. We had a great chance to tie near the end, but the ball didn’t bounce our way in front of their goal. A GREAT comeback against a good team. SUPER effort!
- PLAYERS OF THE GAME: Andrew M. for his GREAT all-around play all game long. Ben for his STRONG play at both midfield and on defense. Joseph for his GREAT runs down the left side and his SUPER cross leading to Andrew P’s goal.
